Job Description

The Microsoft Cloud Solution Engineer delivers technical solutions and support to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft cloud technology. The ideal candidates will support Microsoft cloud-based solutions, migrate workloads to the cloud, and have experience with connecting and managing hybrid cloud environments.

Stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.

The support of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies.

Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure, and operations implications of the developed solution.


Technical Skills (not all are mandatory)

Understanding of Microsoft cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends

Technical experience in infrastructure support including Office 365 services, networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage.

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

Non-Technical Skills Preferred

Services project support

Building Customer/Partner Relationships

Prior work experience in a Consulting/Support position within a software and/or services company

Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Certifications in any of the Infrastructure exams from Microsoft a plus:

Project Experience Types/Qualities

3-8+ years implementation, migration, and support with cloud infrastructure as part of responsibilities, including Exchange Online
