What you’ll be doing

GBS Process Lead HR is responsible for supporting Global Process Lead in supporting CFO and CTO Office strategy managing Global Process Owner (GPO) HR team to support following.

  • Direct all HR Departmental Leaders in terms of Process Completeness with SOP’s and Process Map

  • Responsible for managing the governance model and executing continuous improvement initiatives with respective HR department in sync with GBS vision

  • Work with SVO of all HR department (Total Rewards & Performance Management- People Data & Technology - Talent Development- Talent Acquisition & Planning - HR Services- Deployment and Transition) to work on creating standardise process documents in line with service delivery

What you bring to the team

We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.  Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:

  • Strong process management capability with a demonstrable track recording of standardising process manuals and Service level agreement (SLA) programmes across multiple geographies and processes
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Global HR Service Delivery role with at least 10+ years’ experience in HR role
  • Shared Services Transformation change management experience including with IT deployment
  • Development and execution of key change management activities (employee communications, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis and employee engagement
  • Experience gained working in a global, matrix organisation is desirable
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • A data led approach with strong analytical ability
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem-solving led approach
