To ensure that the solutions offered are tailored to meet the customers' requirements by working closely with sales team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a solution expert.
• Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Ensure that the company's solutions can deliver on the customer's requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
• Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
• Provide ongoing support for customers post implementation.

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in design, development, operation and maintenance as a solution expert
• Experienced in configuring and demoing unassisted:
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps and modules including Commerce, Connected Store, Finance, Fraud Protection, Human Resources, Intelligent Order Management, Project Operations, Supply Chain Management.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps and modules including Customer Insights, Customer Service Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, Guides, Product Visualize, Remote Assist, Field Service, Layout, Marketing, Sales.
- Microsoft Power Platform apps and modules including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents.
