What you bring to the team

• • Plan and execute processes around Capacity planning - Demand & Supply Gap Management, Project deployments, Bench management, identifying training and Up - skilling needs of resources, MIS reports.
  • Collaborate with business to drive the metrics data - Utilization, PSI, etc.,
  • Build and conduct regular Business connects & understand the ground dynamics.
  • Staff & assign available resources staff through Oracle EBS based on their skills and experience.
  • Read, understand and analyse the Statement of Work (SOW)/Contract
  • Provide &, Upkeep dashboards of resources to key stakeholders and executives
  • Provide project managers with ongoing resource management and related support
  • Resource Management - tracking and matching skills in the resource pool and aligning the best fit based on resource request skill requirements and project requirements.
  • Manage & Meet the Resource / employee utilization target.
  • Collaborate on resource management with internal departments - HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D Teams etc.,
