Hitachi Vantara PTP team is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process. Our key objective is timely and accurate liabilities processing to ensure reliable Hitachi Vantara financial results. We are highly focused on process efficiency and we foster continuous improvement culture. PTP teams collaborates closely with employees and suppliers providing them guidance and promoting best practices within PTP process.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for ambitious, committed and motivated people to join our team based in Krakow. We currently seek for Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, who will
  • Process AP invoices and handle exceptions
  • Audit employee expense claims
  • Resolve queries (internal and external) in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and reconcile payments
  • Assist in month end tasks to finalize the AP module, create accruals and account for prepayments
  • Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts

What you bring to the team
  • Graduate from Accounting, Finance or other field
  • Open minded with "can-do" attitude
  • Eager to learn and focused to get as much experience as possible
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (B2 level minimum)
