About your new role

Based in either Sydney or Wellington, we have an opportunity for an experienced CRM Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to be part of our program team.

Reporting to the Program Manager based in Sydney, you will be accountable for:

  • Working closely with the D365 F&O and CRM Teams - this role will perform all CRM related technical and functional tasks, in collaboration with the vendors and the business users i.e. requirements gathering, developing, customising and administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (including custom workflows and Power Apps), building reports in Power BI, managing user acceptance testing, defects management etc.
  • Building custom applications and reports pulling data from SQL / CRM Online
  • Working closely with the CRM Administrators and functioning as the technical solutions owner of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Experlogix CPQ, ClickDimension applications and Power BI
  • Engaging with the business stakeholders in Oceania to provide input on CRM related business initiatives
  • Participating in project stand ups and other project meetings, as required

What you will bring to the role:


  • 5 plus years, working experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate), Common Data Service, Power BI and SQL
  • Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer
  • sound understanding of the software development lifecycle, as well as change management processes and procedures, and the ability to apply this knowledge to work programs and plans
  • experienced in engaging with business stakeholders to resolve CRM related support issues and provide guidance and input on CRM based solutions


  • Experience in implementing Customer Service and Field Service solutions
