The Opportunity

HCA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Perth team in a 12 month maternity contract.

Acting as an integral part of the Administration team, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is the main point of contact for customer invoices and predominately responsible the day to day maintenance and processing of the accounting system. In this role you will maintain several database records in addition to other administrative tasks. Communicating issues and offering solutions to the Administration Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all branch records and documents
  • Coordinating Capital Expenditure Authority
  • Scheduling & booking mine site inductions, medicals & employee travel requirements
  • Undertaking QA internal audits & WHS documentation
  • Timesheet entry and payroll support
  • Opening, preparing and closing of jobs & processing invoices

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a branch and service orientated administration role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
