About the Opportunity

HCA Launceston branch has an opportunity for a personable, professional Administration Manager to join us on a six-month parental leave contract. This position will be best suited to a self-starter with demonstrated ability in office management. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will ensure that our organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and expenditure align with your administration department budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strongly developed awareness of personal and peer health and safety and displaying safety leadership
  • Demonstrated employee and office management experience fostering high performing teams, healthy employee satisfaction and governing self with unwavering integrity
  • Proven financial acumen processing, managing and reporting against budget P & L, debtors and branch accounts payable and receivable discipline to achieve financial compliance
  • Competent with Fixed Asset Management and general administration, secretarial and reception functions
  • A commitment to delivering Hitachi's promise on Total Customer Satisfaction when interpreting internal and external customer queries and determining outcomes
  • A professional and diplomatic communicator maintaining business-critical relationships whilst delivering outcomes
