What you'll be doing

As a Program Specialist in the Strategic Partner - Alliances organization, you will support building, launching, and improving program elements such as go-to-market, partner readiness, communications, and partner program activities. Working within a dynamic team, you will help shape our partner's experiences and grow our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Contribute to and manage communications (partner onboarding assets, internal and external newsletters, partner portal, and GTM content as examples) and program assets (program guides, program briefs, video content, etc).
Document and maintain processes specific to partner programs in alignment the Partner Program and Transformation leads.
Support strategic transformation projects including change management and program analyses
Work cross functionally across geographies and with various business units such as sales, operations, product management, and engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and provide voice of the partner organization in company changes.
Assist in developing and maturing listening systems to more deeply understand partner needs, gaps and opportunities

What you bring to the team
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, communications or related fields; 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong presentation capabilities
  • Strong team player who can work independently and cross-functionally with internal teams and third parties
  • Analytical skills (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL)
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel)
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks while meeting deadlines
  • This position requires up to 10% travel domestically
