Description

In collaboration with the local responsible of Project control for Hitachi Rail STS Sweden, you are part of the project team and advice to the Project Manager for a pool of projects. Your role is:

- Evaluate and analyse costs/revenue at completion

- Lead progress meeting with WPL

- Monitor profitability of the projects and advice to improve it

- Input data in financial tools (PCS, SAP)

- Follow invoicing/Cash in flows

- Ensure legal closing activities (cut-off) according IFRS rules

- Prepare yearly budget, quarterly revision of the budget, monthly rolling forecast

- Elaborate monthly reports (variation analysis vs. Budget) to top management

Autonomous and proactive, you will be key element to build a robust Project controlling team in Sweden.

Requirement

- minimum of 2 years of experience from project control
