Key Expectations: • Strong knowledge and work experience of ERP Software (Oracle & SAP) implementation methodologies, tools, and processes
• Help design and rollout of Cloud Based implementation methodologies
• Able to write clear 'Processes with Inputs & Outputs' to build HV's Quality Management System
• Able to articulate the process flows and framework
• Knowledge of Product development management & governance
• Design and deliver trainings and provide consulting to process improvements in individual capacity - help establish Quality Culture
Globally and in India Delivery Center (IDC)
• Help in establishing Engineering Excellence Capability through various Process Excellence Initiatives
• Proven work experience in software development and engineering lifecycles
Experience: 4 to 8 years (SC Level)
• Currently working as SQA or Process Consultant role in Software Product Implementation company; at least 5 years of experience in this field
• Another option, currently working with Outsourced Implementation captive unit of large IT Services company with CMMi L5 certified; minimum 2 years in this company
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Waterfall/Agile methodologies
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Developer or Tester role at some point of time in the career so far
• SEPG member for minimum 1 year in recent years
• Should have worked on defining development methodologies for new age technologies in the last 1-2 years
• Should have experience in envisioning and building out the tools stack for a medium to large IT service organization with onsite-offshore delivery models
Technical Skill: • Six Sigma Certified/ applying Six Sigma
• Statistical Tools and Models
• CMMi L5 Audit Team member for minimum 3 years
• Business Process Excellence
• Preferred, PMP Certified
Soft Skill: • Very good verbal and written communication
• Very good presentation skills
• Excellent in Quality Training and Coaching
Responsibilities: • Responsible for Project Reviews to assess Project Risks and recommend solutions to improve the project success and reporting of these to leadership
• Responsible for assessment and analysis of Troubled Projects and assist PMs in implementing improvements
• Responsible for process design and implementation through change management
• Responsible for improvements in process maturity of the projects and organization as a whole
• Responsible for alignment of projects to CMMI and ISO certifications
• Responsible for Tools Designing to meet the expected Quality norms from the services rendered
• Responsible for getting the project execution process framework designed for new age technologies
• Responsible for the key project performance metrics in line with the methodology involved
