KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of resources assigned for the products to develop and deliver the product on existing platform or scratch up development.
• Own the product from technology perspective. (version control, documentation, release notes, cost).
• Work with business product team to define the roadmap of the product and deliver the same over a period of time as defined.
• Monitor the quality of the product delivery and ensure it matches or excels with the standards of the organisation.
• Work with solution architects (SMEs) who shall define the architecture of the product.
• Package the product for different markets, geographies.
• Participate in achieving the target numbers for the products for the period.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• In depth knowledge of Payment eco system including but not limited to Rupay, NFS, UPI, IMPS, MC, VISA, POS, PG etc.
• Hands on development / implementation experience of minimum 2-3 years in one of the past assignments.
• Good business acumen and innovative thought process.
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Agile, Dev Ops.
• Leadership skills.
