Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Expert Maintenance Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable giving remote support to our customer staff, remote support to our own technical staff, feed database in order to keep state of the art knowledge of onboard equipment. The position will be based in Madrid, Spain.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure reporting of incidents, failures or events that impact on safety and/or service performance to the 1stlevel coordinator in a timely and clear manner.
  • Ensure the coordination of maintenance tasks withmaintenance team.
  • Ensure the identification of corrective maintenance requirements and urgent fault reporting.
  • Ensure the implementation of the daily maintenance activities on depot equipment and rolling stocks, works trains and engineering vehicles located in the Depot.
  • Ensure logs and dump files download from on site equipment and provide first level of analysis.
  • Ensure troubleshooting activities to identify any fault and/or critical failure, providing rectifications to detected failures and producing related documentations.
  • Ensure the execution of the health check procedures before the vehicles are put into service
  • Ensure the effective implementation of identified rolling stock and first line response maintenance safety standards.

Fluent Spanish
