HR Executive ( 1 Year Contract)

Description

This is primarily a Human Resource Operations role where candidate will handle the full spectrum of end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

Recruitment

This includes full talent acquisition support to Business Unit in all their hiring activities

• Handle Job Requisitions process and approvals
• Sourcing and coordination all interview activities through to the identifying of the right candidate
• Hands-on working experience with Workday will be preferred

Employee Lifecycle

• On-boarding activities such as preparing documentation, work pass application, on-boarding notifications and systems registration to prepare for commencement
• Documentation preparation for new employees such as P-file creation, orientation briefing, completion of orientation checklist, ensure access to systems and data accuracy in HR systems.
• Track confirmation of new employees in terms of settling and confirmation.
• Provide employee services in terms of certification letters, contract renewal, work pass renewal, exit management, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree
• Minimum 1 year’ experience in hands on HRM operational functions with good follow up and follow through skills
• Experience in using Workday will be preferred
• Customer centric with good communication and presentation skills
• Good in numerals, organised and meticulous in handling reports
