Description

1) Timely grasp the changes of relevant national policies and predict and analyze the impacts on enterprise operation.
2) Fully communicate with relevant business departments and members of the financial department of each site，to improve management efficiency and put forward reasonable suggestions for improving the overall performance of China Region.
3) Responsible for managing the business and personnel of the F&A internal SSC, continuously optimizing the SSC business, promoting the standardization of process and the efficiency of operation.
4)Responsible for coordinating internal control and external audit, and tracking their implementation.
5)Coordinate external relations with finance, taxation and banks for matters that have significant impact on the company.                                                                                                                                  6)Guided and trained subordinates, strengthened the financial management system, and improved the overall competitiveness of the F&A team.
