About the role
Based in either Perth or Brisbane, the Delivery Manager Australia will report to the Head of Sales and Delivery and will oversee all our projects within Australia. In doing this, the Deliver Manager Australia will ensure that s/he successfully achieves the objectives of the assigned high complex Clusters and/or Projects (high complex in terms of number of interfaces, volumes, risks and technical challenges), supporting business development to expand it and identifying improvement strategies. The Delivery Manager will have a team of Program Managers reporting directly to her/him.
About the successful candidate
To succeed in this role, the candidate will be highly focused and driven who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes.
Someone with extensive rail signalling or rail systems experience working within large projects with strong leadership skills in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects including integration across multiple project and functional disciplines.
It is critical that the Delivery Manager has experience in successfully building and maintaining strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
