H-E Parts International Mining Solutions Cooling Division are looking for an enthusiastic radiator service / repair technician to join their team.   The role will support the workshop personnel in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this permanent full-time role, your core focus will be the service and repair of radiators, Oil Coolers, Charge air coolers and other associated products in line with the Cooling Division’s work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and QA standards

Your responsibilities will include:

• Nosecone assembly and disassembly
• General radiator and cooling systems repairs and servicing
• Strip, wash and test radiators and cooling components
• Sandblast and buff radiator tubes
• Manage and adhere to timelines
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform quality assurance checks
• Basic housekeeping duties

About You

Preferred

• Mechanical Trade or considerable mechanical experience
• Experience with radiator maintenance and repair
• Tig & Mig Welding
• Soldering
• Steel and Aluminium welding repairs
• Mechanical &/or radiator knowledge
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Forklift & vehicle Licences
