Talent Acquisition and L&D Specialist (m/f/d)

Your core responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition

  • managing advertising portals and communication with recruitment agencies
  • organizing interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Preparation of documents for employment contracts and organization of initial training sessions for newcomers
  • maintaining personnel records - data entry and management in the company's HR systems
  • close cooperation with team leaders and managers
  • managing the agenda of occupational health services (administration, scheduling, communication with the provider)
  • close cooperation with team leaders and managers

Learning & Development

  • development of a company-wide training plan
  • ensuring the implementation of training activities and data management in IS
  • Communication and cooperation with suppliers of training services
  • participation in HR projects

Profile and Qualifications:

  • High school/university education in humanities or economics
  • ideally 3 years of experience in HR from a manufacturing company
  • fluent in English and Czech language
  • very good knowledge of the Labour Code and good orientation on the local labour market
  • communicative, customer-oriented personality
  • very good organizational skills
  • loyalty, a good team spirit and an independent way of working
