POSITION TITLE: Sr. Reverse Logistics Specialist - Supply Chain
DEPARTMENT NAME: Supply Chain
REPORTING TO TITLE: Manager, Purchasing and RMA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This Sr. Reverse Logistics Specialist will be responsible for monitoring material planning, warranty and repair processing, and purchasing of semiconductor equipment parts to support operations for Hitachi High Technologies America, Inc. This position will interface with both Japanese and domestic suppliers as well as customers and engineers on current and emerging purchasing and supply chain issues.
The desired applicant must have a four year college degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant major and a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant material planning and warranty/repair handling experience or an educational equivalent. The successful candidate must lead the RMA team in well-organized manner and have the ability to make complex and timely decisions as part of the supply chain team. Effective communication and presentation skills, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. Some domestic/international travel is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary. Basic knowledge of SAP is required. Basic knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
