Summary of the position:

As the IoT & Digital Commercial Solutions Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the product road map and delivery schedule for our IoT platforms and IoT based digital solutions. This includes edge devices, communication layer, and software application development. Responsible for forecasting and managing the numbers for various IoT components and devices for supporting business growth initiatives. Work closely with data science and analytics team to help generate actionable insights and drive revenue growth for the business for various product lines. Relentlessly work with end-customers to understand their requirements and drive full engagement and satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities through collaboration with equipment product managers.
  • Drive digital business requirements and use cases, features, go-to-market strategies in an agile manner.
  • Identify and clearly articulate milestones, hurdles and execution plan. Coordinate the program execution with all stakeholders to deliver digital platforms and solutions.
  • Define, communicate and lead the requirements for commercial applications and work with stakeholders to define solutions and plans that drive execution and adoption.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and consult with internal and external stakeholders in defining, conceiving and advocating “next generation” IoT solutions, web portals, dashboards and UI/UX features.
  • Leverage knowledge of multiple tools, technology and experience to solve unusually complex problems with a high degree of innovation and ingenuity.
  • Initiate tactical plans under broadly defined strategic results.
  • Persuade and influence management and technical resources to pursue profitable solutions and ideas.
  • Work closely with cross functional groups (including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, etc.) for product roadmap and life cycle management.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; IT/Engineering/MBA background preferred.

Professional experience:

  • 4-6 years of IoT applications and SaaS solutions launch experience
  • History of successfully launching and iterating on SaaS offerings for B2B and B2C
  • Advanced data analytics and UI/UX platform launch experience
  • Business/Revenue growth experience with SaaS solutions and advanced data analytics preferred
  • Extensive understanding of IoT cloud environments and hardware requirements
  • IoT and Digital solutions Project Management experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP and CRM tools preferred
