Following a transformation we are delivering for a large NHS trust in the UK we are building a suite of offerings (our DCC) that will positively impact the running of the hospital, patient experiences and outcomes. This is an area of significant investment and focus for Hitachi and an opportunity for a senior healthcare consultant to be part of shaping something ground-breaking.

What you bring to the team
  • A background in Digital strategy/advisory and or Operational Design and Transformation from a recognized consulting firm: Big 4 (like some of the team) or a major consulting brand.

  • Healthcare domain expertise with the ability to develop and deliver new propositions and create "Hitachi Points of View"
  • Manage the economics of the engagement, taking responsibility for profitability and programme health, utilising the systems and tools to ensure compliance and governance.

What you'll be doing:
  • Acting as Transformation Lead for one of Vantara's most important client transformation programmes
  • Establishing a robust transformation and change management framework, with appropriate processes and tools to support the programme.
  • Delivering the Target Operating Model and Operational Management System to support the DCC (Digital Control Centre) and in line with the agreed programme milestones
  • Building and shaping the team structure as the account evolves and develops.
  • Guide, coach and mentor the joint programme teams
  • Act as the operating model lead and point of contact for the DCC programme
  • Work alongside clients to deploy the Hitachi DCC and Smart Hospital propositions
  • Support client feasibility and diagnostics studies to support business development
