Project Leader (m/f/d)

A Project leader is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from idea level through to completion. This is a senior role at an organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning meetings (new project, design change, process change)
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Overseeing project documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Leading improvement team – open mindset for changes
  • Internal drawing management and distribution                                                               

Profile and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and production planning environment. Ideally within Automotive sector
  • Excellent communication skills, working within international teams and multiple levels of management
  • Fluent in Czech and English
  • Strong PC skills including advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Highly detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
  • Solid Knowledge regarding Health and Safety, Fire protection regulations
