In this position you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a sustainable, regional talent acquisition concept for Hitachi Astemo Europe. You help to create a positive candidate experience during the full cycle recruitment process, strengthening our employer brand and support to achieve our diversity targets. You will be reporting to the Head of HR Europe.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
You help to design the talent acquisition strategy for Europe in cooperation with the local HRBPs and the respective departments
You manage the full cycle recruiting for specialists and executives, from the briefing of the vacancy to the onboarding of the new colleagues (f/m/d) and ensure an optimal candidate experience
You manage the identification, evaluation and analysis of suitable recruiting channels and development of new solutions for recruitment
You are the key person to manage our ATS (Workday) and make sure all processes are in line with the global strategy
You manage our university relations and the development of a network of young professionals
You participate in relevant (job) fairs and recruiting events and support in the design of an employer branding concept
You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field of study ideally with a focus in HR or relevant professional experience
Ideally 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Passion for Talent Acquisition
Ability to work independently as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Structure and diligent way of working
Inquisitive, and independent attitude to work
