Job Purpose

Prepare and execute tests according TE request

Provide test data and results on time. Support in data analysis, investigation and reporting

Area of Accountabilities& Key Activities

Administration

• Functional guidance of the test mechanics
• Order of consumable good (commodities)
• Training of new test mechanics

Optimization

• Contribute to optimization of test methods and equipment
• Coordinate and execute internal and external calibration& maintenance activities
• Support maintenance and service activities with external suppliers

Execution

• Prepare and execute tests according TE request
• Provide test report / test data including a qualitative feedback
• Participate in failure analysis with TE, give recommendations for improvement

Preparation

• Preparation of test parts according TE request

e.g. structural modifications, chamfer, shims, etc

• Ensure traceability of test parts
• Comply with requirements for storage of tests parts, 5S, HSE
• update of testing equipment, e.g. sensors, fixtures or vehicles parts

Qualification & Experience

• High School/Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of testing experience
