Job Purpose

Contribute to all Talent Management initiatives in order to support company targets achievements in terms of employee development & HR processes definition

Area of Accountabilities

Key Activities

Talent Management

  • Provide support in the design, development & implementation of the talent management  processes required to achieve business goals
  • Contribute to develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, learning, promotion & succession planning
  • Contribute to develop, design & implement innovative leadership programs tools & processes based on company strategy
  • Analyse HR processes at group level (performance, people review, succession, recruitment, onboarding…)
  • Manage the group Job Role Catalog: administration, release, update, promotion
  • Lead Digitalization projects of HR processes

HRIS Management

  • Leader of central campaign launches, design and control
  • Guardian of data quality & reliability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes in the HRIS through lessons learned
  • Analyse current process and needs for new modules (recruitment, onboarding)in collaboration with project team and regions
  • Lead implementation update of new modules in the HRIS

HR Reporting

  • Set up relevant process to comply with the group HR reporting:
    • Data collection
    • Group & Regional data consolidation
    • Digitalization of HR reports with the existing tools

International Mobility

  • Manage International assignments
    • Recruitment process
    • Departure and return
    • Negotiate contract with candidate
    • Coordinate with home and host entity
  • Assure administrative coordination for all expats (social contributions, health insurance etc.)
  • Contribute to develop the IM policy

  • Good know how of HR processes (recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management)

Qualification & Experience

  • Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a HR service
  • Cross-culture Human Resources experience is preferred
