About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Supervisor to play a critical role in coordinating Workshop and Field Service operations. This role will be a permanent Full Time role based at our Somerton Branch and will directly report in to the Victorian Service Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Day to day management and supervision of our workshop technicians
• Provide ongoing communication to the customer and ensure the best quality service is received
• Provide the customer with quotations for all service quote requests
• Check customer warranty and credit status for each service work order
• Supervise Invoicing of all work orders and service warranty claim processing
• Provide Service Manager with variations to agreed service invoicing amounts and any required adjustments
• Liaise with Service Admin, Parts and CSR staff to advise job requirements
• Maintain workstation cleanliness by adopting a 5S culture

To be successful in this role:

• You will hold a relevant trade qualification
• Sound technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment
• Previously attended Project Management and OH&S Training
• Experienced in Planning and scheduling of service work
• Have an understanding of labour recovery principles
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft based applications
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers and peers
