Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position you are responsible for the compensation processes and implementation/management of employee benefits as well the Lead and Power User for the Workday HRIS platform for Europe. You will report directly to the Head of HR Europe.

Your core responsibilities include:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly headcount and forecast reporting
  • Monthly payroll processing and collaboration with the external payroll service provider
  • Preparation of annual headcount and labor cost budgets
  • Management of the annual compensation cycle (e.g., salary increase cycle and bonus payouts)
  • Administration of employee benefits as well as development and implementation of new benefits

HRIS - Workday

  • Data management & administration for our HRIS platform Workday
  • First point of contact for employees, HR colleagues and global admin team
  • Support of Workday projects and initiatives  

Profile and Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business administration with focus on HR or comparable training
  • You have 3+ years practical experience in HR, ideally in Compensation & Benefits
  • You are familiar with Workday HCM or similar HRIS Systems
  • You communicate clearly, open and transparent and quickly build up internal and external networks
  • You have an affinity for numbers
  • You are fluent in German and English
