H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and part of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, we have branches in WA, Queensland and NSW as well as remote teams based in Victoria. 

A vacancy exists in our Orange Branch for a self-motivated experienced Production & Services Administrator.  Working as part of a small but busy, hands on team, you must demonstrate a proven commitment to customer relationship management and the ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously. As this role can be extremely demanding, you must display a willingness to work under pressure and thrive on the challenge. 

To be successful you must have exceptional organisational skills and show initiative.  Multi skilling and sound computer skills are all essential qualities.  Previous experience working in a mining, manufacturing or industrial role will be highly regarded.  

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • General reception duties including arranging Boardroom luncheons as needed.
  • Preparation of quotes, tracking of orders and estimated delivery dates.
  • Mobilisation of employees to site, organising travel and accommodation. 
  • Preparation and collation of timesheets for payroll and entering into Pronto ERP system.
  • Maintenance of training records, certificates and safety statistics. 
  • Update and management of information into our CRM system.
  • Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies as required.
  • Organisation of functions and social activities.
  • General administration functions as needed.

What skills you will require:

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Pronto ERP software preferred as well as Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Experience in the mining industry highly advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of initiative and judgment.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people.
  • Willingness to work hard and additional hours to meet the demands of the role.
