HR Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in to ensure, in close collaboration with other members of the HR team, the administrative HR support and continuously work on HR process improvements.

Your core responsibilities include:

HR Administration:

  • Act as the first point of contact and provide daily HR Administrative support like providing standard forms to employees as needed/requested, support probation review process, leavers process etc.
  • Support local HR reporting where needed.
  • Support coordination of team workers including all necessary documentation, reporting etc.
  • Administration and maintenance of the HR system.
  • Support of HR audit processes and Global mobility processes.

Time & Attendance

  • To provide a key role in ensuring the Time & Attendance system is up to date and accurate; recording all authorised leave (including sickness and holidays) into the T&A system and ensuring reconciliation of holidays is completed. Carry out Return to Work document checking.

Health & Safety

  • Support Health & Safety activities in collaboration with the local General Affairs Admin.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support Talent Acquisition lead, HRBP and managers in the recruiting process as well as local university relation activities.

Profile and Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or studies with HR relevance
  • First professional experience in the field of human resources desirable
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Ability to work independently as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Structure and diligent way of working
  • Inquisitive, and independent attitude to work
