Job Purpose:

To build and manage all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.


  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands sales & customer base.

  • Meet with potential new clients to extract the new business opportunity.

  • Developed the of business plan departmental strategy and present to management.

  • Handle the new RFQ of customer and ensure submission within timeline.

  • Deep knowledge of product costing to ensure the good profitability in RFQ.

  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.

  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all time.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/ B. Tech

  • 11-16 Years

  • Automotive industry experience preferred

Skills & Attributes:

  • Good Analytical skills with strong communication.

  • Complete work related & documentation knowledge of processes in Sales & Marketing field with problem solving techniques & improvement activities.
