Shift Available:

A Shift (Monday through Friday) 6:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.


  • Supervise, schedule and coordinate contractors for repair and maintenance of assigned equipment.
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Maintains safe work areas and equipment.
  • Complies and promotes company safety policy, procedures, PPE, training, etc.
  • Ensures safety culture and requirements are upheld by related contractors as well.
  • Ensures all work, including contract work, conforms to Unisia of Georgia Corp. (UGC), local, state and federal rules and regulations.
  • Maintains accurate records for site HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Timely execution for assigned work orders and service calls ensures high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain plan for fire evacuation and disaster response. Serves as Plant Emergency Response Coordinator.
  • Inspects all fire extinguishers that are installed on a regular monthly schedule.
  • Coordinator of Environmental Health and Safety Program.
  • Maintain a complete and up to date employee Right-to-Know program.
  • Tool Crib Inventory.  Schedule, deliver, and pick up tool shipments.


  • Associate Degree or equivalent.
  • One (1) or more years of experience with facility management and operational management desired.
  • Self motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • PC literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Must have good knowledge regarding shipping and logistics.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Inventory and forklift experience preferred.
  • QS 9000 knowledge preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.




Must be able to push, pull and move equipment and/or supplies in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to distinguish colors.


Combination of office and plant environment.  Required to use safety glasses and wear steel toe shoes while performing specific tasks or while in specific manufacturing areas.
