In the GBS Service Management Team, you will be working closely with the Strategy & Service Performance Manger, aanalyst role is responsible for providing GBS service performance metrics (SLAs, dashboards, etc.), executing functional specific reporting, measuring service quality for GBS, collecting & identifying continuous improvement opportunities and manage demand. The HR Service Perf. Mgmt. Analyst will help Global Business Services run like a business within a business that exceeds customer expectations

This role will be a mixture of remote working and based from Hitachi’s office in Bangalore.

  • Any programming knowledge will be an advantage e.g. VBA, Phyton, SQL, etc.

What will be your core responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with the appropriate function to assist in executing service performance & reporting programs for HR GBS services

  • Create and maintain the HR dashboards, operational reports and performance reports based on requirements outlined by GBS leadership and customers

  • Assist in the development of service performance & reporting across GBS including metric development/updates, operational reporting, performance reporting, dashboard management, benchmarking, and capacity planning.

  • Execute service performance & reporting activities across HR GBS services and delivery teams

  • Conduct periodic benchmarking studies on behalf of functional teams to measure performance against the industry and support capacity modelling

  • Support the development of service performance & reporting tools for new services in GBS

  • Identify areas for service performance & reporting improvement and recommend appropriate updates and changes to leadership

  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for training future reference.              

  • Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role

  • Ad hoc presentations.

  • Ensuring that the transition project library is always up to date, with necessary documentation archived and shared across Transition Team.

  • Managing meeting calendars across the project Team, aligning with the participants to find the best suitable time, and scheduling the calls.
