What you'll be doing

Mandatorily this role requires working in Nightshift as it supports US timezone/Clients
structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents related to Information Technology.
Will be involved in business transactions or negotiations related to creating and negotiating business contracts. In-house legal counsel may also be accountable for liaising with external legal counsel on complex legal issues. A Legl Professional will work with others applying knowledge of job area typically obtained through education and work experience. Responsibilities may include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
