HPY is seeking an experienced Technical Support to join our organization to manage all types of projects (internal and/or external) in the company and liaise with the Development Team, relevant Project Managers and TechOps.
Management of the L1 & L2 support team
Coordination of discussions with developers and manage transition to TechOps and other Operational Teams like Helpdesk, Staging & Reconciliation team etc.
Contribute best practices to improve quality, standardization and documentation for all changes & Support activity.
Maintenance of relevant trackers to ensure all actions are closed satisfactorily in a timely manner.
Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience working with a Bank or Aggregator or Payments Service Provider or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Payment gateway & EFT domain
Good knowledge of Web & Infrastructure knowledge with exposure to Information Security
Background in Payment domain (EMV & Payment Gateway), EFT knowledge (Settlement / Staging / Merchant payments etc), with experience in Acquiring (Card Present and Card Not Present) and Issuance (Contact and Contactless)
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and be available when required on a 24 x7 basis.
