Work Location: Pune or Bengaluru or Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle user queries via ServiceNow tool in English and Japanese
  2. Translate training/help guide documents related to the survey
  3. Support with translating email communications
  4. Assist the Survey Admin team with survey administration activities where required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 2-3 years of experience as a translator and coordinator

Skills Required
  • N1 certified in Japanese language
  • Good knowledge on MS excel is required to handle large data sets
  • Familiarity with presentations and building documents is necessary
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese language proficiency
  • Skilled to handle multiple stakeholders and teams across geographical regions is preferred
  • Previous experience of working for a large organization is a plus
