• Act as the technical lead to the project
• Re-inventory the current environment and finalize scope specifications
• Identify any potential issues, complications, unsupported objects, etc. that would affect the migration
• Propose and present options, workarounds, solutions, etc. for all found issues
• Gauge the migration speed based on the migration workstations, network infrastructure, M365 throttling, etc.
• Work on the migration wave plan based on sites size and complexity, stakeholder input, offline appetite and migration speeds
• Assist the Project Manager in building a rollout and communication plan.
• Establish a migration approach, finalize pre-and post-scripts, validation procedures, etc.
• Manage migration specialists and handle any special requirements.

Must Have
• Minimum of 5 years of SharePoint Online experience. Application design, Development, Integration, Migration, etc.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Power Platform Design and development of solutions within Power Platform (Power Apps Portals, Canvas, Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate)
• Good experience with migration SharePoint content to M365 (at least 2 projects)
• Extended experience with PowerShell scripting against SharePoint online and on-premises
• Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in using multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, and ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Automate.
• Strong understanding of the Security & Compliance aspects of M365
• Ability to work independently, manage a team of junior/ intermediate developers and act as the Technical lead for a large project
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively work under pressure while managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Technical writing including design documentation, procedures, admin manuals, etc.

Nice To Have
• Experience with Power Apps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services
• Experience with ShareGate migration tool
• Microsoft Certifications
