Description
Main missions
Define and maintain the technical and functional integration of EDI with business processes, ensure alignment with the requirements of external business partners:
- Management and management of EDI projects in compliance with quality, deadlines and costs objectives
- Analysis and formalization of needs with business users, drafting of technical specifications (including mapping)
- Coordination between the various internal and external actors
- Management of service providers (SaaS, consulting), control of SLAs, management of budgets
- Implementation of sustainable solutions, SAP parameterization, unit tests, assistance with validation tests
- Maintenance, supervision and administration of flows, documentation of settings
- Application support, resolution of incidents related to business teams with a view to continuous improvement
