The Opportunity
Reporting to the National HR Manager, your main focus will be to work collaboratively with your stakeholders in the Southern region delivering both operational and strategic HR solutions. You will provide trusted and expert HR advice to all levels in the company and work as part of a broader HR team which includes recruitment, training and safety. Your superior influencing, technical skills, consultation and advice will contribute to teams and culture initiatives company-wide.
