The Opportunity

With strong growth in our mining operations, We are interested in expressions of interest for trade qualified HV Electricians who would like to join our team, spending the majority of your time in the Bowen Basin. In this role, your key focus will be to provide preventative and breakdown maintenance on Electric Drive Hitachi Haul Trucks. This permanent role will be 7 Days on and 7 Days off and will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
• Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) High Voltage Electrical trade qualifications
• Ideally hold Risk Licenses such as EWP, WAH, Dogging & Rigging
• Have experience, knowledge and understanding of mining equipment
• Have a strong work ethic, providing quality and timely customer outcomes
• Have good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships
• Excellent technical knowledge of Hitachi mining equipment would be highly advantageous
