The Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to maintain and develop a high-performance culture for our SDR team. Reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you'll be an integral part of our sales management team and provide continuous and constructive coaching for our SDRs. We're looking for someone with a track record of driving and delivering results with experience in leading a global team.

You will need to be an expert in developing raw talent, with a keen eye to cultural values and staff retention. You will need a heavy focus in driving towards operational metrics, outbound effectiveness, adhering and advancing sales processes, and leading your team in our strategic goals, leveraging key stakeholders across marketing, field sales, enablement, and alliances.

What you will be doing:

• Coach and mentor a team of outbound SDRs focused on delivering qualified sales opportunities to our sales team
• Build close cross-functional relationships with Sales leadership and Demand Generation leadership to ensure alignment
• Lead the SDRs on objectives and performance achievement
• Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly team reports
• Create campaigns for outbound outreach, including events, webinars, product launches, and more
• Actively work to improve the outreach cadence including an omni-channel approach.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development, focusing on Opportunity handoff
• Remove roadblocks to SDR success
• Continually evaluate the sales development tech stack and onboard new vendors where necessary
• Develop SDRs to prepare them for growth into other roles throughout the organization

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience as an SDR Manager
• Exceptional communicator with a strong ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional execution
• Deep understanding of GTM marketing and sales tools (ie. Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Tech Target)
• Passionate about training and developing your team's skills and careers
• Consistent quota attainment in outbound prospecting.
• Organized and metrics-driven
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and best practices.
