Job Description

To strengthen our management team in Consulting, we are now looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Digital Business Transformation Manager who is willing to drive the further development of our business model and our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Building up the new business area Digital Transformation (DT)
  • Recruiting, leading and developing the Digital Transformation team
  • Conception of our DT Offerings as an independent go to market
  • Advising international clients at CxO level on DT projects
  • Cooperation with the IT consulting business units (Business Applications ERP and CRM as well as Data Science & Analytics)
  • Supporting the sales teams in positioning our Digital Transformation services with new and existing customers
  • Implementation of DT strategies in close coordination with the subject matter experts from the areas of consulting, delivery and sales

Key Competencies :
  • A degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or comparable training
  • Management of teams with comparable tasks (technical and disciplinary)
  • Several years of experience in change management from strategic to operational aspects in the context of digital transformation
  • In-depth knowledge of current industry trends, requirements for digitalisation topics and related business processes
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure portfolio
  • Very high communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Personal initiative, sense of responsibility, a high degree of social competence and an inspiring and cooperative leadership style
  • Very good written and spoken French and English skills as well as unlimited willingness to travel
