What you’ll be doing
The team within GBS is busy establishing the function, including the structure of the team, ways of working and processes. To help guide that work, there is an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns the candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. They are responsible for regional(EMEA) talent acquisition operations, including requisition management, sourcing, selection, and hire of full-time candidates and contingent staff on behalf of the hiring manager. They partner with the Global Recruiting Administration Specialists to manage and process candidate information and logistics throughout the hire process.
This role will be a mixture of remote working and based from Hitachi’s office in Krakow,
What you bring to the team
We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:
Builds and maintains relationship with talent pool in regional markets such as: UK, Poland, Germany, Italy and Belgium
Opens and manages requisitions throughout recruiting lifecycle
Sourcing experience across multiple industries (Tech, Cooperate Functions, Transportation, Manufacturing)
Manages candidate database, including resumes and applications
Assesses recruiting service request and confirms talent needs with Business and Hiring Manager
Identifies recruiting channels and target talent pools and conducts search for candidates
Captures applicant information into recruiting database, maintaining database for future reference
Prepares and shares candidate communications throughout recruiting lifecycle
Provides candidate logistics support during hiring process, including coordination of candidate interviews and screening
Screens candidates, including review of application and resume along with conducting assessments and interviews in partnership with Hiring Manager
