What you'll be doing

Our team is built around BI excellence. This is a role focused on internal stakeholders who look to us for information related to results, performance and future opportunities.

You will be creating, maintaining and improving the best in class PowerBI dashboards. You will also support the business in providing insights, particularly focused on Sales and Services Hitachi Vantara offers its customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include dashboard design, code writing, discussing requirements with the Product Owner and task progress with the Scrum Master. You will be involved in the design and maintenance of data and processes behind our dashboards, discussing your needs, reporting bugs and proposing data feed structures to the Data Specialist.

You will use your business acumen, data visualization skills as well as ETL processing knowledge to deliver KPI tracking and business shaping insights. You will be mainly working with BI and Data Specialist in our Team, but also be in touch with the Business to deliver timely intelligence.

What you bring to the team

Very good knowledge of PowerBI, with at least 2 years experience building, improving and maintaining dashboards. You will also have:

• Experience working with SQL (preferably T-SQL) to build processes and one-off analyses combining various data sources
• Good understanding ETL tools (preferably SSIS), particularly around building and maintaining processes
• Ability to critically analyze data from various sources to provide business with recommendations
• Quick learning abilities, working as a part of a team and can-do attitude
• Experience working in the Tech industry and/or in B2B environment will be beneficial
