IT Robotic Process Automation Intern

Come join our Virtual Workforce Competence Center team to build the RPA automations that leverage daily operations at Hitachi Vantara.

In this role you will be responsible for:

You will learn specifics of both roles: the RPA Business Analyst and the RPA Developer

As Analyst :

• Learn the specifics of the bots in production - what tasks they perform, how they change the daily routine of the teams; use that knowledge in proposing new automations,
• Acknowledge with the bots' documentation (Process Design Document) and actively participate in updating it or co-writing it for the new processes,
• Ensure that automations follow the RPA governance model,
• Support VWCC lead in gathering the new processes for the robotic automation (new bots), as well in advising for the process efficiencies before the automation itself,
• Help in promoting RPA to a wider audience, by attending misc. meetings, preparing power point presentations or minutes/ next steps etc.

As Developer:

• Start building and developing new RPA systems on Automation Anywhere 360 platform as per the operational needs, under RPA developers' guidance,
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
• Document the automation procedures (Process/ Solution Design Documents)

Qualifications

• IT Certificates would be a plus
• Automation Anywhere 360 free online trainings would be a plus
• Student of a final year, able to work on a min 6-months internship,

Skills required

• Interest in RPA and building professional path in it

• Good communication skills: ability to interact with stakeholders in multiple languages
• Time management, professionalism, commitment and initiative, problem solving, building relationships, delivering quality service, feedback and learning
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Basic programming languages such as C++, C#, and Java is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL is an advantage
