Job Purpose:
To work as Shift In-charge in Production Machining/Heat Treatment Process; Handling shift related all activity like- production control, Rejection control and analysis, Troubleshooting, SAP work, manpower handling, IATF Documentation work etc.
Responsibilities:
Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controls, CNC/VMC troubleshooting.
Heat Treatment (Vacuum Quenching, Sub-Zero, Tempering) Process.
Manufacturing of Precision Engineering Components & Knowledge of Drawing Study.
Manpower Handling, Production execution as per plan.
Resolve day to day quality issue
Knowledge of Quality Instruments
Qualification & Experience:
ยทB.Tech/B.E 2-4 Years , Diploma 4-6 Years
Skills:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Communication Skills
