The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to lead our Inwards Goods function to the next level, and be 2IC to the Warehouse Manager in all Warehousing activities. This is a permanent full time position, your main focus will be to control the warehousing activity.

You will also:

• Train and mentor staff, leading a team of warehouse employees
• Coordinate work so customer orders are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner
• Guide inbound and outbound teams against a set of performance metrics to ensure all work is complete
• Aim to achieve internal and customer targets to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Maintain safety and warehouse compliance

You will bring:

• Similar experience in a warehousing environment, comfortable and experienced in supervising warehouse personnel
• Current forklift licence
• The ability work across departments to ensure a high degree of internal customer service
• Strong attention to detail, planning & time management skills
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Intermediate computer skills with clear verbal and written communication
• The ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
