The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an accomplished results-driven Finance Manager, in this role you are responsible for the financial activities that facilitate the day to day operation of the business. This is a hands on role where your skill sets will make a difference in the operation of the business, responsibilities include:

• Management of cashflow and treasury
• Compliance and Monthly reporting
• Review and resolution of commercial issues
• Join and empower a great team - make a difference
• Development of financial processes and related documentation
• Leading a team of specialists including Management, Financial & Systems Accountants; Accounts Payable / Receivable, and Credit Control.

You will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification, with CA to CAANZ preferred
• Good depth of experience in senior accounting/finance business partner role
• Prior experience within the manufacturing/ construction machinery industries, or similar would be of advantage
• Commercial experience
• Agile and responsive style of customer service delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
• Previous line management experience
