Service Manager Auckland

We are looking for a professional and proactive Service Manager to help take our Auckland branch to the next level.

The successful applicant will have well established sales and service experience combined with knowledge of the heavy vehicle and construction machinery industries.

The ideal person will be proficient at:

• Managing an efficient and professional service operation
• Building and maintaining customer relations to provide a strong service focus to our valued customers
• Analysing service data, including W.I.P, productivity and efficiency statistics
• Identifying and capturing new opportunities for both Sales and Aftersales departments
• Looking for continuous improvement in all areas of the operation
• Excellent communication & time management
• Proven Organizational &Technical skills to manage and coach a productive and efficient team
• Understands and practices good work flow process
• Effective customer communication capabilities

Additionally they will also have:

• A strong focus and understanding of Health and Safety; as well as
• Good financial knowledge and understanding of branch Profit and Loss reports

This is a role that will allow the successful applicant to really make their mark in our Auckland Branch whilst developing their own skills within the industry.
