About the Opportunity

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking to employ a skilled and motivated individual to join our highly functional procurement team in the sourcing of parts from overseas and local vendors. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, backed by experience in international procurement, administration and inventory management.

Based within our new corporate support office in Parramatta, NSW, our Procurement and Logistics Coordinator position reports directly to our Parts Inventory Manager, and handles a portfolio of vendors/categories in the procurement of spare parts required for our machines and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of high level customer service to Australia and new Zealand dealer networks
  • Achievement of targeted supply fill rates through timely procurement from suppliers
  • Raising / administration of purchase orders, back orders, delivery dates and other activities of stock within portfolio.
  • Providing parts information support to internal and inter-company branches and departments.
  • Internal team support / administration absence coverage.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Strong customer service focus, for both internal and external customers, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with international procurement, administration and back order management.
  • Intermediate skills in inventory management / ERP systems, Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to demand forecasting or related activities preferred but not essential.
