Product Marketing Team Leader

The Opportunity

Join our Transformers Business Unit in Bac Ninh as a Product Marketing Team Leader, where you will lead a team of Product Marketing Specialists while driving strategic tendering, market development, and customer engagement activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence commercial success, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of a global energy technology leader.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead and coach Product Marketing Specialists to enhance team capability and business performance.
• Drive high-quality tender preparation and execution, ensuring competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
• Review and challenge commercial terms, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize business outcomes.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks within tenders and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tender quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Your Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Tendering, Sales, Business Development, or similar functions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pricing, tendering, contract review, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. [
• Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
